Tanzania Conference 2021

The African Society of Human Genetics is holding it's 13th meeting in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in collaboration with the 18th meeting of the H3Africa consortium and the 1st conference of the Tanzania Society of Human Genetics and will attract more than 300 stakeholders in genetics and genomics from around the continent and beyond. Highlights include invite; Plenary, platform, and poster sessions; education/trainee workshops; career opportunities and networking events.

Abstract Submission Instructions:

We encourage submission of abstracts on recent scientific and technological developments relevant to genetics, genomics and related fields in Africa. Abstracts should be prepared and submitted according to the attached template "click HERE to download abstract template".

  • Each abstract will be reviewed by the planning committee for acceptance as an Oral Presentation during the Young Investigators’ Forum or the Main Conference and Poster Presentation
  • To be considered for a Travel Fellowship, submitters must be registered members of the African Society of Human Genetics
  • Abstracts will be accepted only in English. However, oral presentations can also be in French
